Calculator results, roadmap content, premium reviews, and related resources are estimates for planning purposes only.

JapanPR is not a law firm, immigration agency, visa processing service, or government entity.

Nothing on JapanPR is legal advice, immigration representation, or a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional.

JapanPR is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Japanese government or any immigration authority.

JapanPR does not guarantee visa issuance, permanent residency approval, points recognition, application acceptance, processing speed, or any immigration outcome.

Official decisions are made by the relevant authorities based on complete documentation, facts, and applicable rules.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for decisions you make based on JapanPR content.

JapanPR may offer one-time paid digital informational services, such as a Premium PR Readiness Review. Premium submissions may include manual review and personalized guidance based on the information provided.

Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paid services are delivered digitally and are not subscriptions, recurring billing plans, legal retainers, or government filing fees.

Customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Refund requests should be submitted through Paddle using the receipt, checkout, or buyer support options provided by Paddle, or by contacting hello@japanpr.me with the purchase details.

Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. This refund policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local law.

You agree not to misuse JapanPR, interfere with the service, submit fraudulent information, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

We may restrict access where activity appears abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the service or other users.

JapanPR content, design, software, calculators, and written materials are owned by Catalyst Software LLC or its licensors.

You may use the platform for personal informational planning, but you may not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute substantial parts of the service without permission.

We aim to keep JapanPR reliable and accessible, but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party providers, or events outside our control.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JapanPR and Catalyst Software LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.

JapanPR is provided as an informational planning tool, and users remain responsible for verifying information and making their own decisions.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Catalyst Software LLC, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your location.
